Hello Apex,

It is with careful consideration that Apex, as a guild, has decided to server transfer.  This discussion originally started a year ago and was recently brought up before the xpac came out.  We've been holding out through Cataclysm to see if there was a invigoration of the Alliance side population.   Unfortunately that has not been the case, and Horde side seems to be shrinking quite significantly as well.  After multiple wasted raid nights unable to replace people and let alone fill the 25 man raid, we have decided we need to make the move before we're dead in the water.  We are a 25 man guild and will do whatever we have to to maintain raiding as a 25 man guild.  We are very happy with our current progress 1/13 Heroic, and we're on the "cusp" on Chim heroic, but being unable to use our raid nights effectively have held us back significantly.  

After multiple discussions we narrowed our search for a server down to Dark Iron and Stormreaver, based on their population, A/H ratio, server location etc.  We as a guild voted to transfer to Stormreaver, a Chicago based server on the Rampage battlegroup. Our raid times will remain unchanged, and the first raid on the new server is scheduled for this Tuesday March 22.

The new guild will be named Vindictive Legion, and we will be inviting everyone to the new guild as they make the journey from Drak'Tharon. As a result Monday's raid will be cancelled in order to facillitate everyone's transfer. Please let one of the officers know when you reach stormreaver, for an invite.

We would like to thank everyone for being understanding and supportive, the decision was made with careful consideration of the guild's future.

Well i guess technically she already was dead, pretty sure that's what she was babbling on about for 3 hours before each pull.  But now thanks to an almost flawless attempt with 3 ghost explosions in the entire fight, she is officially roflstomped.  Grats Apex on the best single attempt of any boss I've ever seen.

9/12 Heroic!

For anyone who's confused we are NOT going horde.  April fool's joke and whatnot.  Totally worth it though, Codger was tallying the amount of money he'd be paying for us to transfer!  

Anyway 8/12 Heroic and we hope to be 9/12 heroic soon!
